A memo from the Mayor's office reagarding the BCA's response to the proposal; November 06, 2006 This is a letter from Jeremy van Keuren, Public Advocate for the Mayor's office to Phil Hunt of Meridian NW Developers stating that he feels that Meridian did everything possible to work with the community. This has been entered into the file at Bureau of Development Services. The Mayor's office wrote this memo without contacting the BCA. A memo from Reliance Property regarding the properties on the residential side; November 16, 2006 This is a letter to a former tenant at 1926 SE Alder, one of the properties slated for demolition, apprising her for the FIRST time of the possibilty of a sale and subsequent demolition. Myhre Group letter to the BCA regarding their presentation; Oct 24, 2006 This is a registered letter sent to the BCA stating how they changed their development to make it friendlier to the neighborhood after the meeting on July 14th. E mail from Myhre Group with questions regarding code; June 02, 2006 This is an e-mail from a planner at Myhre Group in early June investigating possible situations with the city regarding a planned development Meridian letter casting blame on the BCA; October 31, 2006 This is a letter sent to the BCA and copied to the Bureau of Development Services blaming the neighborhood and the neighborhood association for their unwillingness to work with the developers. They maintain they have acted in good faith in a hostile environment while certain members of the neighborhood betrayed their trust. BDS ruling on the loading zone adjustment.
